微小型向心涡轮转子的流动特性分析

【摘要】 利用三维粘性数值模拟手段分析研究了一台直径35mm、设计转速为150000r/min的向心涡轮转子的流动特性。根据计算结果,得到了设计转速下向心涡轮转子的特性曲线以及设计点参数(流量为0 064kg/s,总落压比为1 716,绝热效率为0 849,做功量9 25kW)。根据流场内的壁面极限流线、空间流线以及截面流线,分析了在这台转子叶片通道中涡系的产生、发展过程以及分离形态的演变。根据叶轮主要特征流面的流动等值线图,分析了这台涡轮转子的流动特点。在初步认识向心涡轮的流动规律之上,为这台向心涡轮转子的改进设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Radial inflow turbines are used in very small turbochargers due to their ease of manufacture, low cost and high efficiency at low Reynolds. In order to improve its performance, it is necessary to understand the physical flow behavior. The flow characteristics of one 35 mm radial inflow turbine rotor were analyzed by the 3-D viscous code. Based on the numerical simulation, the parameter characters of this rotor were obtained, and then the designing point could be determined (the mass flow is 0.064 kg/s, total pressure ratio is 1.714, adiabatic efficiency is 0.849). The flow behavior at this designing point was described. The complex vortex system structure inside this rotor was given, wall flow patterns on the blade surface, hub surface and casing surface were obtained. The developing of the complex vortex system, such as horseshoe vortex, passage vortex was researched and loss mechanisms in this rotor were also discussed. Based on the physical understanding, the authors gave some advices for the improvement of the rotor performance.
