498连杆组件的有限元分析

【摘要】 应用有限元分析技术对连杆组件进行了三维非线性分析 ,分析涉及接触和疲劳问题。用基于VonMises屈服条件引入修正的Goodman法计算构件的疲劳安全系数 ,并以云图的形式显示疲劳安全系数的分布 ,计算结果与实际情况吻合
【Abstract】 D nonlinear analysis was performed for 498 connecting rod assembly by the Finite Element method. The analysis involved both the contact and the fatigue problems. PRETS179 elements were used to simulate the pretension load of bolts. The fatigue safety factors of the assembly were calculated with the calibrated Goodman method based on the yield condition of Von Mises and the distribution of fatigue safety factors was demonstrated in the contour curves. The calculated results show a good agreement with the real condition.
