小缸径活塞温度场红外遥测系统研究
Study of the Infrared Telemetry System of the Temperature Field for a Piston With Small Diameter
【摘要】 本文通过分析原有活塞温度场红外遥测系统的不足之处,针对小缸径活塞提出了在多通道、测量精度、功耗、数据传输的可靠性等方面的改进措施,新系统采用了直接将温度信号在活塞内部数字量化,然后将数字量装配成数据包通过红外线发送出去的方案,以满足其在更苛刻的条件下工作,最后对新系统在6106型柴油机实际测量应用情况进行了介绍说明。
【Abstract】 Base on analyzing the deficiency of a former infrared telemetry system of piston temperature field, many improving measures in the aspects such as the number of data acquisition channels; the measure precision;the power consumption and the reliability of the data transmission were presented for the piston with small diameter. In order to suffice the more rigorous working environment, the new system directly digitalized the temperature signal, assembled the data into a data package and then transmitted it outside via infrared. The new system was applied to the model 6106 diesel engine and the experimental results were showed.
