猕猴桃果实特异表达ipt基因的构建
Construction of isopentenyltransferase (ipt) gene expressed mainly in the fruit of Actinidia deliciosa
【摘要】 异戊烯基转移酶(ipt)基因是细胞分裂素生物合成关键酶.为保证ipt基因仅在猕猴桃开花授粉之后的幼果期开始有效表达,作者以pUC119质粒为克隆载体,将猕猴桃果实特异表达的猕猴桃素(Actinidin)基因启动子与ipt编码基因连接构建成猕猴桃果实特异表达ipt基因.
【Abstract】 Isopentenyltransferase (ipt) gene is involved in the pathway for cytokinin synthesis. To ensure that ipt gene is expressed primarily in the fruit of kiwifruit to improve fruit qualities, the ipt gene was fused to an actinidin gene promoter which is expressed mainly in fruit. A plasmid pUC119 was used as cloning vector to insert the chimera gene promoter in the research.
