白三叶和高羊茅不同品种对萝卜幼苗的化感作用

【摘要】 用白三叶 (Trifoliumrepens)和高羊茅 (Festucaarundinacea)的水浸提液进行萝卜 (Raphanussativus)种子发芽和幼苗生长试验 ,比较了白三叶和高羊茅种间及白三叶海发 (Haifa)、铺地 (Persistent)、威亚 (Huia)、瑞文德 (Rivendai) 4个品种和高羊茅威加斯 (Vegas)、法恩 (Fawn)、巴比伦 (Babilan) 3个品种间的化感作用差异 ,并初步探讨了白三叶和高羊茅对萝卜幼苗生长的化感抑制机制。结果表明 ,所用品种的水浸提液对萝卜种子的发芽率、幼苗生长均有明显的抑制作用 ;白三叶的抑制作用大于高羊茅 ,且品种间存在显著差异。化感物质进一步的试验表明 ,白三叶和高羊茅释放的酚类能显著抑制萝卜幼苗细胞的生长

【Abstract】 Allelopathic inhibition of seed germination and seedling growth of radish( Raphanus sativus )treated with white clover( Trifolium repens )and tall fescue( Festuca arundinacea )extracts were studied.The difference of allelopathic potential among species and variety and the mechanism of the allelopathy of white clover and tall fescue were preliminarily discussed.The results indicated that extracts from all varieties significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of radish.Allelopathic inhibition of white clover on radish seedling was stronger than that of tall fescue,and there was obvious difference among different varieties.At cell level,a further study on allelochemicals showed that phenolics released from white clover and tall fescue remarkably inhibited cell growth of radish seedling.
