双组分透明聚氨酯密封胶的研究

【摘要】 采用半预聚体法合成了双组分聚氨酯密封胶 ,研究了R[n(NCO) /n(OH) ]、催化剂、NCO含量、增塑剂对产品性能的影响。结果表明 :MDI适合制备固化剂 ,使用MDI液化催化剂可大大改善固化剂的贮存稳定性和胶的透明性。n(NCO) /n(OH)在 0 .95~ 1.1之间时 ,胶的硬度适中 ;固化时 ,采用油酸和辛酸铅复合催化剂调节固化速度 ,可满足施工的需要 ;主剂中NCO的质量分数为 10 %~ 12 %时 ,效果最好 ;加入增塑剂既可改善施工条件 ,又可改善胶的性能

【Abstract】 Two-component transparent polyurethane sealant was synt he sized using semi-prepolymer process in this article. The effects of molar ratio n R[n(NCO)/n(OH)] , polymerization catalyst, NCO content in the seala nt and plasticizer content on the final proerties were investigated.The results showed that MDI was sutiable to be used to prepare the curing agent.Using the l iquefier of MDI can obviously improve the storage stability of curing agent and the transparency of the sealant.The hardness of sealant was moderate when mola r ration n(NCO)/n(OH) was about 0.95~1.1.Using the complex catalysts of oleic acid and lead octoate can adjust curing speed to meet the technical application requirement .The optimal NCO content was 10%~12%.Adding plasticize r can improve workability and other properties of the sealant.
