燃煤电厂粉煤灰的矿物学研究

【摘要】 采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜及能谱(FESEM-EDX)以及等离子光谱(ICP)等手段,对首钢电厂粉煤灰的矿物学及化学组成特征进行了详细研究,结果表明,首钢电厂粉煤灰属于低钙粉煤灰,玻璃体是其主要组成部分,其中又以I型玻璃体占绝对优势,Ⅱ型玻璃体含量极少,但是有较多的富铁玻璃体.粉煤灰中的矿物以石英为主,莫来石和磁铁矿次之,赤铁矿、方解石和长石也有见到.粉煤灰中未燃尽的炭粒较多.研究还发现,不同粒径的粉煤灰化学组成不同,同一粒径的粉煤灰其化学组成差异也很大,甚至同一玻璃体在不同部位其化学组成也具有独特的非均质现象.

【Abstract】 The XRD, FESEM-EDX and ICP were used to analyze mineral components of the feed coals and coal ashes from the Shougang Power Plant. This coal ashes are of low-calcium property and mainly consists of glass spheres. Three types of the glass spheres were distinguished. Type Ⅰ spheres are composed of aluminosilicates with lower level of property-altering reagents (CaO+ MgO+K2O+Na2O). Type Ⅱ spheres also consist of aluminosilicates but with higher level of property-altering reagents. In addition to these two types, iron-rich spheres are seen in the ash as well. The coal ashes in the Shougang Power Plant is predominated by type Ⅰ spheres, with a small amount of type Ⅱ and iron-rich spheres. Minerals in coal ashes are mainly quartz, followed by mullite and magnetite, with a small amount of hematite, calcite and feldspar. It is found that heterogeneous compositions commonly exist in coal ash particles. Coal ash particles with different sizes have different chemical compositions, particles with same sizes also have different compositions, and even a single ash particle can be inhomogeneous in its chemistry.
