煤矸石合成SiC的研究
Research on synthesis of SiC from coal refuse
【摘要】 煤矸石中SiO2 与C具有天然紧密结合的特点 ,这有利于在较低温度下合成SiC。但由于矸石中有相当数量的氧化铝 ,妨碍了SiC的生成。本文研究了在氮气保护下热解活化煤矸石 ,确定了最佳活化条件 ,然后用酸浸去除其中的铝 ,从而达到除铝又不损失碳的目的 ,最终利用除铝后的矸石合成SiC。
【Abstract】 The SiO 2 and C in coal refuse are in a state of inherently intimate contact, which is favorable to be synthesized to give SiC at lower temperature. But there exists fairy amount of aluminum oxide in coal refuse, which will hinder the production of SiC. This paper gives the research on such as: activation of coal refuse by pyrolysis in the protection of nitrogen; determination of the optimized activation conditions; and aluminum removal by acid leaching. With this process, the aim of aluminum removal and preservation of carbon achieved simultaneously and the SiC is produced from a de aluminum coal refuse.
