催化转化技术在嘉陵摩托车上的应用
Application of Catalystic Conversion to Jialing Motorcycle
【摘要】 通过化油器调整对空燃比及催化剂转化效果的影响分析,对化油器重新进行优化匹配和设定具有实际指导意义;化油器重新设定+空气滤清器局部优化+催化转化器匹配,是四冲程摩托车达到2期国家排放标准的主要排放控制技术;闭环电喷技术是摩托车今后3期国家排放标准的首选技术。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the influence of carburetor adjustment upon the air-fuel ratio and catalyst conversion effects, it is shown that re-optimizing, rematching and resetting of carburetor are significant and practicable; the resetting of carburetor + partial optimization of air filter + converter matching is the main emission control technique for 4-stroke motorcycle to meet the phase Ⅱ national standard. And the closed loop EFI is the first choice for motorcycles to meet the phase Ⅲ national emission standard.
