【摘要】 目的评价Medpor在眼眶爆裂性骨折的眼眶重建和眼球内陷复位手术中的应用效果,探索充填手术技术。方法在术前应用CT扫描和CT三维重建技术,评估眼眶骨壁缺损的大小和形状;应用Medpor进行眼眶缺损修复和眼球内陷的复位。结果在38例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者中,30例治愈,5例有明显的改善,3例有改善。结论Medpor是理想的眶内充填材料,眼周瘢痕松解、眼轴线后的充填是眼球内陷复位手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of Medpor in orbital reconstruction and reposition of enophthalmos. Methods The size and shape of fracture were evaluated using CT and CT three-dimensional reconstruction before operation, Medpor was applied in these operations. Results In 38 cases patients, 30 cases were cured and 5 cases had significant effect, 3 cases had a little improved. Conclusion Medpor is ideal stuff material for orbital reconstruction. Scars relaxation and stuffing of in behind of the axis of globe are key factors for the operation of reposition of enophthalmos .更多还原
