【Abstract】 To develop the northeast and deepen the local reform of traditional industry base is the new hot point in recent China. This article is based on the present conditions of the traditional industry base of the northeast and combined with the new policy trend , starting with the innovation of property relations in the State-owned business enterprises and discussing the importance as well as the characteristics of the innovation property relation and some related questions.The article also bring forth some new opinions about the reform ,which would be consulted during the innovation of property relations in the State-owned business enterprises.更多还原
