【Abstract】 Principle of spinning composite yarn in rotor spinning machine is introduced. The cotton & urethane elastic core-spun yarn is spun by reformed FA601 rotor spinning test machine. By resultant yarn property testing and resultant yarn structure electromicro-video photo analysing, this kind of yarn’s quality index reached technical requirement of textile industry standard.
