【摘要】 分析了进口长绒棉的品质特征 ,针对进口长绒棉色泽黄、包与包之间差异大、有害疵点偏高、细小杂质多等特点 ,在预并工序采用条混的工艺取代原有的棉包混和工艺 ,同时 ,将长绒棉逐包分拣 ,分成黄、白、中间色三类 ,进行分箱配棉 ,在清梳工序尽可能多排除带纤维籽屑和短绒 ,减少棉结的产生 ,从而保证成纱质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality features of import long-staple cotton are analysed. Due to the import long-staple cotton have big shade deviation between bales, yellow color, more harmful defects and impurities, the sliver mixing technology is adopted instead of bales mixing technology in pre-drawing process. Meanwhile, this import long-staple cotton is classified into yellow, white and middle three parts, then distributed into each boxes. In blowing-carding process, it’s good to remove more cotton seed and short fibre, so as to reduce neps and guarantee yarn quality.更多还原
