【Abstract】 Virtual warp tension tester is developed using LabWindows/CVI of NI company. The tester is consisted of sensor, data adjustment circuit, data collection, computer system and corresponding hardware drive program, and virtual instrument software. Instrument structure is introduced, and test software, which use regression function, is also introduced in detail. Dynamic tension of YC-425 air-jet loom is tested using this instrument, and situation of tension variation is also analyzed.更多还原
