实验用木材切削力测试系统的改造设计
Transforming and design of a wood-cutting force testing system
【摘要】 该木材切削力测试系统,用于教学实验中对木材切削力的数据采集、分析及结果保存。工作原理:在对木材进行切削时,切削力作用于压电传感器使传感器发出信号,由放大器将信号放大,最后数据采集卡采集到这些信号,传送给计算机进行检测、分析显示,同时将结果保存。该测试系统适用于测量不同树种、不同条件下的主切削力。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced a testing system of a woodcutting force. The testing system consists of a piezoelectric transducer, a charge amplifier, a data acquisition card and a computer. It works as below. The force affects on a piezoelectric transducer, and it gives signals. Then the signals were be amplified by a charge amplifier. A data acquisition card gathers them and changes them into digital signals. At last a computer analyzes the signals and saves the result. The system can be used in measuring the cutting force of wood.
