【Abstract】 This paper reviews the general situation of the first phase of the "three north" shelterbelt project. Based on analyzing the fragile ecological factors, diverse climatic and soil conditions, and the limited factors of forestry ecological construction in the "three north" area, the author applies the theories of sustainable development, local geography and protective biology, and systematical1y puts forward some new ideas on guiding ideology, construction contents, function division areas and project management for the forth phase planning of the project.更多还原
