正常青春期睾丸内血流显像与睾丸体积和年龄的相关性研究
Study of the correlation between testicular volume, age and visible intratesticular blood flow in puberty
【摘要】 目的:探讨正常青春期睾丸血流灌注情况与睾丸体积和年龄的关系。方法:CDFI对141例正常青春期青少年的睾丸体积和睾丸内血流显像分别进行观测并分级。对睾丸内血流显像与睾丸体积和年龄的相关性分别统计分析。结果:正常青春期左、右两侧睾丸血流显像无显著性差异(P>0.05)。睾丸内血流信号显像级别与睾丸体积存在正相关:Scale=0.035ms时r=0.198(P<0.01),Scale=0.047ms时r=0.269(P<0.01)。睾丸内血流信号显像级别与年龄也存在正相关:Scale=0.035ms时r=0.175(P<0.01),Scale=0.047ms时r=0.219(P<0.01)。结论:正常青春期睾丸内血流信号的显像级别与睾丸体积和年龄均密切相关,睾丸体积的相关性大于年龄的相关性。当应用CDFI评价青春期睾丸内血流灌注情况时,睾丸体积是一个更为适合的参照指标。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the correlation between testicular volume, age and visible intratesticular blood flow in puberty. Methods: Testicular blood flow and testicular volume were scanned and graded prospectively in 141 boys with CDFI.The results were statistically analyzed. Spearman correlation coefficients were calculated for testicular volume, age and visible intratesticular blood flow at CDFI. Results: Comparison of the visible intratesticular blood flow between the right and left testis of each subject revealed no statistically significant differences. Calculation of the correlation coefficient between testicular volume and visible intratesticular blood flow showed a positive correlation: scale=0.047m/s, r=0.269(P<0.01); scale=0.035m/s, r=0.198(P<0.01). Correlation coefficient between age and visible intratesticular blood flow showed a positive correlation: scale=0.047m/s, r=0.219(P<0.01); scale=0.035m/s, r=0.175(P<0.01). Conclusion: Correlation between the visible intratesticular blood flow was slightly closer with testicular volume than with age. Testicular volume is a suitable indicator for demonstrating blood flow of testis with CDFI in puberty.
