【摘要】 作品的数字化、信息网络传播权是数字图书馆建设中应特别关注的著作权问题。合理使用制度则是数字化图书馆建设和服务的重要保证。

【Abstract】 The digitalization of works and network information communication right are copyright problems that merit attention during the course of digital librar y construction. Rational utilization system is an important guarantee for digita l library construction and service.
