高校图书馆勤工助学工作的实践与思考

【摘要】 在高校规模不断扩大的新形式下 ,高校管理工作者需要重新审视勤工助学工作 ,它不仅需要规范管理 ,更需要情感管理 ,要把管理和教育有机的结合起来。

【Abstract】 Under new situation of continuous expansion of university’s scales,university management must attach importance in re-examination of part-work and part-study system.It not only needs standardized administration,but also needs more emotion management.IYt needs an organic combination of managements and education.
