银翘散在炎症模型中的抑制作用

【摘要】 以小鼠为实验动物模型,研究了银翘散的抗炎作用。结果表明:银翘散对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿以及小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性均有显著的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Anti-inflammatory effect of mixture was studied by the mode of mice. The results indicate that the mixture have significant inhibition to xylene-induced ear edem,skin capillary permeability,and cotton-ball-induced granuloma in mice
