【Abstract】 Agricultural structure adjustment is a strategic system engineering. Its fundamental target lies in adopting market economic mechanism to coordinate the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural produces, promoting consecutive development of agriculture, so as to strive to maintain basic balance between supply and demand on agricultural produces in total volume, keep coordination of switch between supply and demand structure, and augment farmer income. Whereas, means, method and measures in adjusting agricultural industry structure are different due to specific condition of each area.
