干法制备阳离子淀粉工艺研究及其特性分析

【摘要】 在碱催化剂存在下 ,以N (2 ,3 环氧丙基 )三甲基氯化铵 (GTA)为阳离子化试剂 ,干法制备了季铵型阳离子淀粉。通过通用旋转实验研究了GTA与淀粉用量和GTA与NaOH用量之比、反应温度、反应时间以及反应体系中水的质量分数等诸因素对取代度和反应效率的影响 ,并确定了最佳反应条件 :GTA与淀粉用量之比为 0 .0 5 7,NaOH与GTA用量之比为 1.4 ,反应体系水的质量分数 2 5 % ,反应温度 80℃ ,反应时间 3h ,取代度高达 0 .0 4 6 ,反应效率为 80 .7%。阳离子淀粉透明度是 92 .3,取代度是 0 .0 4 2。

【Abstract】 Under the condition of alkali catalyst, the cationic starch with high degree of substitution bearing quaternary amino groups was prepared via the reaction of starch with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (GTA) by using the dry process. By means of the general rotary experiment design, the effects of such factors as the ratio of GTA and starch, the ratio of GTA and NaOH, the reaction temperature, reaction time and moisture content on the degree of substitution and the reaction efficiency were studied, and the best reaction conditions were confirmed: the ratio of GTA and starch 0.057, the ratio of GTA and NaOH 1.4, the water content of the reaction system 25%, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 3h, degree of substitution 0.046 and responding efficiency 80.7%. The diaphaneity of the cationic starch was 92.3, and the degree of substitution 0.042.
