【摘要】 目的　探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的病理学特点和生物学行为。方法　对 4例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌作临床病理分析 ,免疫组化染色和电镜观察 ,并随访。结果　 3例为瘤壁结节型 ,1例为混合型。组织学上 2例以梁状结构为主 ,2例梁状结构中混有巢状结构。免疫表型 4例Syn和CgA均阳性 ,2例NSE、降钙素阳性 ,1例生长抑素阳性 ,TG滤泡区阳性 ,而类癌区阴性。结论　卵巢甲状腺肿类癌是一种伴有甲状腺滤泡分化的低度恶性神经内分泌癌更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the biological behavior and pathological changes of strumal carcinoid of the ovary. Methods Four cases of strumal carcinoid of the ovary were studied by clinical and pathological features, immunohistochemical staining, electronmicroscopy and clinical follow up. Results Three cases were the type of node in the cyst and 1 mixed type macroscopically. Two cases were trabecular patterns and 2 of trabecular patterns predominantly associated with island structure. Immunohistochemistry showed four cases were positive for Syn and CgA, two for NSE and calcitonin, one for somatostatin, but positive for TG in the thyroid tissue and negative in the carcinoid. Conclusions It is concluded that strumal carcinoid of the ovary is a low grade malignant neuroendocrine carcinoma with thyroid tissue.更多还原
