高校教学管理人员的素质初探

【摘要】 科学的教学管理是提高教学质量,培养高素质人才的重要保证。实现科学的教学管理,作为管理主体的教学管理人员应具备思想政治、道德品质、业务知识、行为能力等多方面的素质。

【Abstract】 Scientific teaching management is the important guarantee to improve teaching’s quality and to develop high qualified personnel.In order to achieve scientific teaching management,the management personnel in charge of teaching should possess the following qualities :political and ideological work,moral character,perfessional knowledge and behavior ability.
