【摘要】 目的 :评价阿昔洛韦联合光子氧透射液体疗法治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法 :60例老年带状疱疹患者随机分为两组 ,阿昔洛韦与光子氧透射液体疗法为联合治疗组 ,单纯阿昔洛韦为对照组 ,疗程共 7天 ,并观察疗效及不良反应。结果 :联合治疗组治疗老年带状疱疹止痛、结痂时间均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,后遗神经痛发生率明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :阿昔洛韦联合光子氧透射液体疗法治疗老年带状疱疹起效快 ,并且能有效缩短病程 ,降低后遗神经痛的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ACV combined with photon oxygen transmitted liquid in treatment of herpes zoster in old man. Methods:60 old men who sufferred from herpes zoster were divided into 2 groups. ACV combined with photon oxygen transmitted liquid was used in study group. Results:After treatment for one week, the clinic signs and side effect were recorded. The results showed that the response in study group was much better than that in control group which treated by ACV only. The rate of neuralgia in study group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:ACV combined with photon oxygen transmit liquid were used in treatment of herpes zoster in aged persors showed good response rapidly, which also shorten the time of treatment and reduce the rate of neuralgia. It is a high efficacy and safe remedy in treatment of herpes zoster.更多还原
