【摘要】 如何对原稿精雕细刻进行编辑加工,在编辑学界一直是见仁见智,迄无定论的学术话题。经过三审决定刊用的稿件,并非十全十美,多数稿件就整体而言,都不可避免地存在或多或少的差错,即使是出自名家的手笔,也难免出现纰漏与错讹。这就要求编辑摒弃旧有观念的束缚,准确把握编辑加工环节的尺度,做到既体现对作者稿件的维权,又解决文稿中存在的问题,使作者心悦诚服。同时也要求责任编辑必须具备相应的专业素质和综合能力素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 It still remains an open question how to edit and refine manuscripts. The manuscripts are still not perfect although they have been examined three times before being printed. Most of those manuscripts unavoidably have some mistakes, even those from famous hands, so as editors, which requires us to drop those old ideas which constrain us. So while editing accurately, we should take hold of those steps in editing flexibly, we should satisfy and persuade the authors by taking care of their copyrights when we deal with these problems appearing in the manuscripts.
