改变钙系脱磷剂熔渣组成对脱磷的影响
Effects of Change of Sinter Compositions of Lime-based Dephosphorizing Flux on Dephosphorization
【摘要】 对预处理CaO Fe2 O3 CaF2 系脱磷熔剂进行实验研究 ,变化渣系中CaO、Fe2 O3 和CaF2 之间的比例 ,并在脱磷剂中分别配加Al2 O3 和Na2 CO3 ,从而不同程度提高了脱磷率。实验结果表明 :熔剂脱磷率随m(CaF2 ) /m(Fe2 O3 ) (钙氧比 )的增大而增大 ;用Al2 O3 部分替代CaF2 ,终点钢中w (P)可以控制在 0 .0 0 3%~ 0 .0 0 6 %的水平 ,脱磷率高达 90 %以上
【Abstract】 study was performed on the dephosphorization of hot metal with CaO Fe 2O 3 CaF 2 flux in the hot metal preteatment. The dephosphorizing rate can be raised to some extent by changing the proportion of CaO, Fe 2O 3 and CaF 2 and adding Al 2O 3 and Na 2CO 3 into the dephosphorizing flux. Experimental results show that the dephosphorizing rate of the flux rises with increase of CaF 2/Fe 2O 3 ratio. The final in steel can be controlled within the range of 0.003 % ~ 0.006 % and the dephosphoring rate grows up over 90 % by subsititution of Al 2O 3 for CaF 2.
