贵州瓮福2×600kt/a DAP装置烘干系统燃油改燃煤工程

【摘要】 对贵州瓮福磷肥厂600kt/a磷铵装置(B系统)烘干系统由燃油改燃煤的工程进行总结:干燥系统的控制指标;燃煤系统的工艺流程;通过供热系统的热量衡算计算出需供热量3.03×107kJ/h,选定GXDF8型沸腾炉(3.36×107kJ/h);"油改煤"工程的试车及整改情况。

【Abstract】 The "oilburning into coalburning project" in the drying system of a 600 kt/a DAP facility (Series B) at Wengfu Phosphate Plant is summarized on its controlling indices and process. By heat balance, a heat charge of 3.03×10~7 kJ/h is needed and a GXDF8 fluidizedbed furnace is employed with the heat capacity of 3.36×10~7 kJ/h.
