【摘要】 [目的 ]描述城乡 1990～ 2 0 0 0年自杀流行病学特征 ,为自杀预防以及降低自杀率提供科学依据。[方法 ]根据卫生防疫部门统计资料 ( 1990～ 2 0 0 0年 ) ,对自杀状况进行统计分析 ,着重描述城镇、农村 (平原、山区 )两地自杀流行学特征。[结果 ] 1990～ 2 0 0 0年 11年来 ,自杀率有上升趋势 (城镇y =8.763± 2 .681x ,P <0 .0 1;农村y =77.45 1± 1.689x ,P<0 .0 1) ,人口平均自杀率城镇为 2 5 .5 / 10万 ,农村为 89.3 / 10万 ;平原为 2 4.4/ 10万 ,山区为 98.8/ 10万 ;城镇、农村两地男女自杀率分别为 1∶1和 1.6∶1,两地自杀方式多以服毒为主。城镇、农村两地自杀原因 :家庭纠纷、邻居纠纷、生活困难、久病厌世及精神疾病等。[结论 ]社会、经济环境及家庭、邻居纠纷是自杀的最重要的诱发因素 ,尤其老年人更突出的心理问题 ,他们需要更多的医学关注和社会关怀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To describe the epidemic character of suicide from 1990 to 2000 in both town and rural area of Tiantai county,thus to provide scientific basis for prevention and reduction in the rate of suicide. [Methods] We analysed the condition of suicide based on statistieal data from local sanitation and antiepidemic stations,then described the epidemic character in both areas. [Result] From 1990 to 2000 for 11 years,the rate of suicide rose(in town y=8.763±2.681x,P<0.01;in rural area y=77.451±1 689x,P<0 05).The rate of suicide in average population from town and rural areas was 25.5 per hundred thousand and 89.3 per hurdred thousand,respectively. The rate ratio of male to female is 1∶1 in town and 1.6∶1 in rural area.Taking poison was most common way of suicide in both areas.The reason of suicide was family dispute,neighbor dispute,hard life,long term disease or mental illness so on. [Conclusion] The most common inducing factor which leads to suicide is social state,economical condition,family or neighbor dispute.The old people lays stress on psychological problem,they need more medical and social care.更多还原
