论民主的用人机制与人民群众的民主权益

【摘要】 党的干部工作,必须加快民主化进程,健全民主的用人机制,才能发展社会主义民主政治,保障人民群众的民主权益。

【Abstract】 The Party’s cader work must speed up the democratic process and improve the demotratic system to select qualified caders developing the demotratic policics of socialism to ensure the manes’ democratic rights.
