【摘要】 目的 :探讨厄贝沙坦对高血压患者左心室肥厚及心功能的影响。方法 :经超声心动图检查证实为左心室肥厚的高血压患者 5 0例 ,采用厄贝沙坦 (15 0～ 30 0mg·d-1,po)治疗 8mo,治疗前后各检查 1次超声心动图 ,比较厄贝沙坦治疗前后左心室重量指数及左心功能参数变化。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,高血压患者在使用厄贝沙坦治疗后 ,SBP和DBP明显下降 (从 15 9/ 10 1mmHg降至 14 2 / 89mmHg ,P均 <0 0 1) ,左心室后壁与室间隔厚度显著下降 (P均 <0 0 5 ) ,左心室重量及左心室重量指数下降极显著 (P均 <0 0 1)。结论 :厄贝沙坦可使高血压病患者左心室肥厚显著逆转 ,左心室舒张功能显著改善更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of irbesartan on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and cardiac functions in patients with essential hypertension. METHODS: Fifty patients with essential hypertension and LVH revealed by echocardiography entered the study. The patients received the treatment with irbesartan (150-300 mg·d -1,po) for 8 mo. Echocardiography before treatment and 8 mo after treatment were conducted. The varieties of left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and cardiac functions were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS: Eight months after treatment with irbesartan, blood pressure was reduced from 159/101 mmHg to 142/89 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)(P<0.01); left ventricular mass and LVMI decreased, too (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The treatment with irbesartan results in a significant reduction of LVH and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension.更多还原
