【摘要】 目的　比较氯氮平与利醅酮对精神分裂症患者血象的影响。方法　对 6 0例入院前未服用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者随机分为氯氮平组 (30例 )和利醅酮组 (30例 ) ,分别在治疗前及治疗第 4w、 8w末检测血常规 ,并进行组内比较。结果　两组患者在服用抗精神病药物 8w内 ,白细胞总数均呈不断下降趋势 ,但第 4w、8w间白细胞总数比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;红细胞、血小板总数没有明显下降趋势 ,治疗前后及治疗 4w、8w间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　患者在服用氯氮平与利醅酮期间应密切观察血常规指数更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of risperidone and clozapine on blood routine examinations in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 in-patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into risperidone（n=30） and clozapine（n=30） groups .The blood routine examinations at the beginning and ends of 4^th and 8^th week of the treatment respectively and the intra-group comparisons were conducted. Results The total numbers of white blood cells of all the subjects exhibited continuous downtrend during 8 week treatment and no significant difference between the 4^th and 8^th week（P>0.05）; the total numbers of red blood cells and blood platelets didn’t exhibit obvious downtrend（P>0.05）. Conclusion Attentions should be paid to the changes of granulocytes during clozapine and risperidone treatment.更多还原
