【摘要】 目的　分析椎管内蛛网膜囊肿MRI特点及其诊断价值。资料与方法　搜集经手术病理证实的椎管内蛛网膜囊肿 5 9例 ,其中男 2 4例 ,女 35例 ,行横断、冠状及矢状面MRSE序列扫描 ,8例加做Gd DTPA增强扫描。结果　椎管内硬膜外蛛网膜囊肿 4例 ,骶管内蛛网膜囊肿 4 2例 ,神经鞘膜囊肿 10例 ,椎管内硬膜下蛛网膜囊肿 3例。囊肿T1WI呈低信号 ,T2 WI呈高信号 ,囊液信号与脑脊液信号一致。 5 9例定位、定性诊断全部正确。结论　椎管内蛛网膜囊肿的MRI表现较具特征性 ,MRI可对其作出正确诊断 ,并指导手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze MRI features of spinal arachnoid cysts and to evaluate MRI in its diagnosis.Materials and Methods Fifty nine patients (24 males and 35 females) with pathologically proved spinal arachnoid cysts were enrolled in this study. Axial, coronal and sagittal plain MR scanning was performed in all patients, additional enhanced scanning was carried out in 8 cases. Results On MRI, extradural arachnoid cyst was demonstrated in 4, sacral arachnoid cyst in 42, extradural arachnoid neurilemma cyst in 10 and spinal subdural arachnoid cyst in 3 cases. The cysts were characterized by low signal on T 1WI and high signal on T 2WI, being in accord with CSF signal. Correct diagnosis, both level and qualitative, was obtained in all cases. Conclusion Spinal arachnoid cysts have certain characteristics on MRI, thus, MRI is helpful for its diagnosis and management.更多还原
