【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童急性光气中毒的临床表现、急诊处理、综合治疗及预后。方法　采用回顾性分析的方法 ,描述、分析和讨论了 4 1例急性光气中毒患儿的临床资料。结果　本组患儿经过积极治疗 ,各项检查均正常 ,4 1例全部治愈。结论　急性光气中毒临床诊断主要根据明确的光气吸入史 ,急性呼吸系统损害的临床症状、体征 ,胸部 X线表现。急性光气中毒的治疗目前尚无特效解毒药 ,主要采取综合性对症治疗。一般经过积极治疗 ,可以痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical expression, emergency management, supporting measures and prognosis of children with acute phosgene poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 41 children with acute phosgene poisoning were retrospectively described, analyzed, and discussed in details. Results All of patients were cured with an adequate therapeutic strategy including early and high dose of glucocorticoids, antibiotics and some supporting measures such as physical rest, oxygen inhalation, antitussives, among others.Conclusion It is not difficult to diagnose the patients with acute phosgene poisoning according to their history of phosgene exposure, the initial irritative symptoms of the eye and the upper respiratory tract after phosgene inhalation. Chest X-ray evaluation is recommended for detecting incipient toxic pulmonary edema. Although there is no special treatment for phosgene poisoning, the majority of phosgene intoxications have a good prognosis with an adequate therapeutic strategy, in which glucocorticoids, antibiotics and supporting measures are essential.更多还原
