【Abstract】 Through analysis of psychology of phenomena of directing and constructing against regulations and violating labour discipline in production of coal mines,reeducation training of workers and management mechanism of production are discussed,which provide references to effectively preventing behaviour against regulations and to promoting managemement of safety production in coal mines.更多还原
