【Abstract】 The citizen’s scientific literacy and the society structure coexist and interact essentially. With the development in the economic system in China, generally, the structure of society has changed tremendously; the new criterion to citizen’s scientific literacy has been set up. In order to enhance the level of citizen’s scientific literacy effectively, the problems existing in the mechanisms of the construction of citizen’s scientific literacy must be seen clearly, the model of operation mechanism should be innovated and all the potencies that can promote the continual development of the citizen’s scientific literacy be redeployed.更多还原
