硫酸铝渣制备纳米白炭黑的研究
Studies on Preparation of Nano-White Carbon from Bauxite Slag
【摘要】 提取硫酸铝渣中的SiO2制取水玻璃,以水玻璃为原料,用HCl调节Na2SiO3溶液的pH值至12.50~11.75后,用乙酸乙酯中和制得聚硅酸凝胶;将聚硅酸凝胶与正丁醇共蒸馏,干燥后得到了半径10~20nm的纳米白炭黑。
【Abstract】 In this study, SiO2 was extracted from bauxite slag and changed into water glass. With the water glass as raw material, and with HCl controlling pH=12.50~11.75 and ethyl acetate as an additive acid, the silica gel was prepared. The nano-white carbon of 10~20nm was obtained by distillation of the silica gel and n-butanol together.
