【摘要】 介绍了小城镇建设与发展的总体情况,从保护自然环境、加快小城镇建设等方面进行了论述,提出了小城镇发展的对策,确定了小城镇建设与发展的目标。

【Abstract】 It introduces general situation of construction & development of small town, discusses protection of natural environment and acceleration of construction of small town, propounds countermeasures for development of small town, and fixes target of construction & development of small town.
