【摘要】 根据胡萝卜与牛乳的加工特性,经科学研究制得风味好、营养高且具有保健功能的绿色含乳饮品。

【Abstract】 According to specfic processing propery of low--sugar carrot yogurt we produce the tasty andheath yogurt with heath protection function ahd with high value of nutrition.
