从公司治理结构看国有商业银行上市

【摘要】 改善国有商业银行的公司治理,是全面提高国有商业银行竞争力的一项重要措施,也是金融体制改革的一项重要内 容,是加入WTO应对外资银行竞争的根本变革。

【Abstract】 It is an important measure of improving the competitiveness of state-owned commercial bank in an all-round way to improve corporate governance of state-owned commercial bank. Improving corporate governance of state-owned commercial bank is one important content of reforms in banking system and one basic change of tackling foreign bank’s competition.
