【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method that derived from color histogram,the idea is to divide the image into a number of sub-blocks,each of which has an associated local color histogram,so it can carry the spatial information of the images.Four retrieval algorithms are presented in the system.Finally experiments are done to verify its effectiveness.更多还原
