【Abstract】 Some problems exist in organizing and leading, teaching and lear ners in process of the academic credentials of teachers in primary schools of Gu izhou province enhancing into college education. Such problems resulted from fou r aspects like lay-out and dope-out, organization and implementation, ability-training and academic-credentials foundation. The policy suggestion of policy lay-out, operation mechanism, restrictive mechanism and particularly the decis ion-making idea of ’top level lay-out’ and ’balance between demand and possibi lity’ by experts about the academic credentials of primary-school teachers into college credentials can be used for reference for the academic credentials of p rimary-school teachers in the West China into college credentials.更多还原
