相交圆弧修形滚子的重载热弹流研究
THERMAL ELASTOHYDRODYNAMICLUBRICATION OF CYLINDRICALROLLERS WITH CROWN PROFILEDENDS AT HEAVY LOAD
【摘要】 用多重网格技术得到了重载有限长线接触热弹流问题的完全数值解。分析了重载工况下端部用相交圆弧修形的直母线滚子弹流特性,讨论了修形参数与工况条件对成膜能力的影响。研究表明:合理修形能优化滚子的润滑状态,并且修形滚子对工况变化有较好的自适应性;在重载工况下有限长与无限长线接触弹流解在中部存在较大差别。用“端部封油效应”合理解释了上述现象。同时指出在特定工况下,滚子温度随速度的增加会略有降低并分析了该现象的机理。
【Abstract】 With the multilevel method, complete numerical solutions of finite line contact thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) at heavy load are obtained. The EHL proper-ties of cylindrical rollers with crown profiled ends are analyzed, and the effect of profiled geometry parameters and working conditions is discussed. The results show that the lubrication properties could be optimized which let the contacts adapt to the operating conditions if the rollers are properly crowned. At heavy load, considerable differences between the infinite and finite line contact EHL properties in the middle parts may hap-pen. Moreover, an "end oil close effect" is brought forward to explain the above phenomenon reasonably. It also shows that under certain operating conditions, the rollers temperature will decrease with the increase of velocity.
