【摘要】 文章概述了下一代网络(NGN)技术研究的情况,介绍了NGN提出的背景、NGN的特点,主要阐述了NGN的分层结构、软交换技术的发展及其市场预测。最后介绍了NGN的发展现状并指出了NGN下一阶段的发展重点。

【Abstract】 This paper outlined the R && D of next generation network (NGN) technologies, described the origination background of NGN, presents NGN’s features, laying emphasis on its layered architecture, the technique development and market prediction of Softswitch.The end of this article gave the current development at next stage.
