【摘要】 开发出高甲醇基汽油(M72)的配方如F:甲醇72%(质量分数,下同)、直馏汽油27%和MLN助溶剂0.99%和A135金属腐蚀抑制剂0.01%。实验结果表明:存醇油比(A/O,质量比)=1/9-9/1范围内,添加0.99%MLN助溶剂能调配出均一、稳定、长期贮存不分层的甲醇基汽油。当MLN含量为0.99%,M72中的水含量达0.8%时,醇油即发生相分离,但增加MLN的用量,达到相分离点时的水含量也增加,抗相分离能力增强。M72具有优良的耐热、耐寒稳定性;可与一般汽油以任意比例互溶,长期不分层;加入0.01%A135金属腐蚀抑制剂可明显改善M72对黑色金属的腐蚀抑制效果;可作为汽车的代用燃料。更多还原

【Abstract】 A composition formula of high methanol base gasoline (M72) was developed as follows: methanol 72%, straight run gasoline 27%, solubilizer MLN 0. 99% and corrosion inhibitor A135 0.01%. The experimental result showed that when the solubilizer MLN was added 0. 99% in M72, the mixture become uniform, stable and doesn’t separate into two phases even for a long period of time at the ratio of methanol to gasoline between 1/9-9/1, but when the H2O content is up to 0. 8%, the mixture separate into two phases even if the content of MLN is 0. 99%, and the resistance to phase separation could be raised by increasing the content of MLN. M72 is stable at either higher and lower temperature, and could be mixed with common gasoline in any proportion without phase separation always. When 0. 01% A135 was added, the corrosion of M72 to black metal could be obviously inhibited. Therefore, M72 may be used as substitute for vehicle gasoline.更多还原
