高酸度柴油微波辐射精制的研究

【摘要】 介绍了微波辐射法柴油脱酸的原理。采用正交设计法确定柴油微波脱酸的最佳工艺条件,研究了各因素对脱酸效果的影响。在最佳工艺条件下:碱性溶剂用量为理论用量的1.4倍,剂油体积比0.25:1,辐射压力0.06 MPa,恒压辐射时间5 min,辐射功率300 W,可将柴油酸度(KOH)由1 704 mg/L降至23.9 mg/L,达到国家规定的GB 252-2000质量标准,柴油回收率达99.3%。该精制过程无需破乳剂,具有清洁、高效、节能的优点。

【Abstract】 The principles of naphthenic acid removal from diesel oil was briefly introduced. The optimum refining conditions and the influence of various factors on deacidification were deterimented by orthogonal tests. As to the optimum refining conditions, the dosage of alkaline solvent is 1. 4 times as much as theoretical, the ratio of solvent-to-oil is 0. 25 : 1, the pressure is 0. 06 MPa, the radiation time under constant pressure is 5 min, the microwave power is 300 W. The acidity of diesel oil is reduced from KOH 1 704 mg/L to 23. 9 mg/L and the quality of the treated diesel oil is high enough to meet the specification of GB 252-2000. The diesel oil recovery could reach 99. 3%. This process does not require chemical demulsifier and the refinement is clean, high-efficiency and save on energy.
