【Abstract】 A new hybrid late rice combination"SP You I 98" was bred by crossing between "You I A" and restoring line "SP40098". In the middle-maturing group of Jiangxi late rice regional tests conducted in 2002 and 2003, "SP You I 98" had shorter growth duration, higher yield and stronger disease resistance than the contrast combination "Shanyou 46". "SP You I 98"is characterized by high and stable yield, strong disease resistance, ideal plant type, high seed production yield and so on. It is suitable to plant "SP You I 98" as double cropping late rice in Jiangxi province. The high yielding culture and seed production techniques of "SP You I 98"were introduced in this paper.更多还原
