银耳的诱变与营养缺陷型菌株的筛选
Mutation Inducing of Tremella fuciformis and Screening of Auxotrophic Mutants
【摘要】 实验结果表明,银耳酵母状分生孢子对紫外线的效应为多靶单击类型,而对60Coγ射线的效应为单靶单击。紫外线诱变获得2个营养缺陷型菌株,其中1株T811经鉴定是肌醇缺陷型。突变体T811的生长迟缓期比野生型多3d,生长速度较慢。同时还提出了该突变体的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The results of the experiment indicated that ultraviolet acted as Poly-Targets-and-Sole-Hited effect, and γ ray acted as Sole-Target-and-Sole-Hited effect on Tremella fuciformis. Two mutants were obtained from UV treatment, one of them (T811) was identified as inositol mutant. The mutant T811 grew slower than its wild type Tr21, its Lag-Phase was 3 days longer. The prospect of utilization of the inositol mutants is discussed in this paper.
