电控可变气门系统仿真研究
Simulation of Electronically Controlled Variable Valve System
【摘要】 根据研制的中压共轨电控可变气门系统机构的工作机理 ,建立了中压共轨电控可变气门系统的仿真模型 ,试验证明其精度达到了 93 % .利用仿真模型 ,对电控可变气门机构的动态特性进行了研究 ,分析了驱动活塞的直径和电磁阀通流面积改变对气门最大升程及气门启、闭特性的影响规律 ,指出了可变气门驱动机构部件参数的改进方向
【Abstract】 On the basis of the principle of a middle pressure common rail electronically controlled variable valve system, a model has been built for modeling the system and its accuracy achieves 93%. According to the model, the dynamic character of the electronically controlled variable valve system has been researched. On the other hand, it has been analyzed the influence on the maximum lift distance of the valve and opening and closing characteristics of the valve by changing the piston diameter or the fluid area of the electromagnetic valve. The directions to improve on components have been indicted.
