S135钻杆摩擦焊接头热处理后的组织和性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Friction Welded Jointfor Drill-Rod S135 After Heat Treating
【摘要】 36CrNiMo4A钢制S135钻杆的工具接头和管体采用摩擦方式进行焊接 ,对摩擦焊接头进行了适当热处理。对钻杆工具接头、管体、焊合区三点弯曲试样的断裂韧度进行了测试 ,分析了弯曲试样的微观组织和断裂形貌以及接头焊合区韧性损伤的原因。结果表明 ,S135钻杆经摩擦焊接和热处理后 ,改善和提高了摩擦焊接头焊合区的组织和性能 ,其断裂韧度值JIC达到 4 8kJ/m2 ,钻杆钻井深度超过 5 30 0m ,满足了使用要求。
【Abstract】 Following friction welding of the tool joint and pipe of drill-rod S135 made of steel 36CrNiMo4A,appropriate heat treatment of the friction-welded joint was carried out.The fracture toughness JIC of three point(tool joint,pipe and weld zone)bending sample was measured.The microstructure and fracture morphology of the bending sample together with the reason of lower fracture toughness in weld zone of the joint were analyzed.The results show that friction welding and the subsequent heat treatment of the drill-rod S135 improves the microstructure and properties of weld zone of the joint with fracture toughness JIC=48kJ/m2 and drilling depth over 5300 m.All of the above values fulfill the service requirement.
